Welcome to Southern Pools!
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services and products provided by Southern Pools (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”). By accessing or using any of our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using our services.
6 Months Free Pool Cleaning Service
We offer pool cleaning services which include:
Weekly visits for pool cleaning, maintenance, and inspection.
Cleaning of pool surface (e.g., removing debris, leaves, etc.).
Vacuuming of pool floor and walls as needed.
Skimming and adjusting chemical balance of the pool.
Other cleaning tasks as deemed necessary based on the pool’s condition.
Please note: Only services specifically required and agreed upon by our team during the weekly visit will be completed. Additional services may be available upon request and will be subject to additional charges.
Free Service Period
Upon completion of a pool contract, free pool servicing is included for a 6 month period (“Free Service Period”).
After the Free Service Period expires, a standard cleaning fee will be charged, as agreed upon between you and us at that time.
Services provided during the Free Service Period are subject to the same Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
